A gentleman Todd Young walks into my business in Spring Lake, MI claiming to have an appointment.Goes into a sales pitch and want me to sign for a "no obligation" service.

After reading the fine print this "no obligation" service would have cost my company $1300.00 and even more if I actually let them "work" on making my business more profitable for me. I searched the company SMS-NA and his name and was not surprised to find reviews exactly like the one I'm describing.

I am glad I read the fine print and even more glad I didn't sign anything with this guy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Never have this guy call me again.
